How's your mind-set in relationship with your gym?  Your training?  Your goals?  Your life?

Do you envision yourself being successful and hitting that PR even before approaching the bar?  How about picturing yourself getting a promotion, conquering a fear, or finding confidence to be the best person you can be?  You should.  Your successes to your failures to everything in between, begins as a thought deep in your mind.  Spend some time thinking about what it is you truly want and then picture yourself standing there, successful, proud, spend some time in that moment...then make it real.
