Daily WOD


The gym will be closed today as most of us are heading down to the CrossFit Games East Regional to cheer on the regions athletes!  But that doesn't mean you can't get a workout in.  This on is designed to be done anywhere.  Enjoy.

Pre Game

Warm up the four movements that we see in the workout

5-6 sets of 10 should have you prepped and ready to go



10 Squat Jumps

20 Push Ups

30 Lunge Steps

40 Single Unders

Post Game

Recovery Jog
