Daily WOD


Fast and hard is the name of the game today, folks.  If I were a betting man I'd put money on everyone itching for a classic CrossFit WOD (workout of the day) to get in before the holiday weekend.  I know we've spent the week chatting about training at more dialed in intensities in order to optimize training effect, but sometimes you just got to tear it up!  Enjoy.
