Daily WOD


From time to time when we have a test week I like to grab a test workout from another gym/coach and introduce it.  This one is called The Bergeron Beep Test.  I choose it particularly for it's ability to also test your mentality.  You have two choices:  One choice is to quit when the pain kicks in - the other is to push and get a glimpse of what you're made of.  Have fun with this one!
