We are very excited to welcome Steph Cormier to our training team!
Steph will be leading our Yoga and Recovery program which details will be announced for soon. She has a training background with CrossFit and is a Certified Personal Trainer. She’s got some great ideas for taking your recovery to the next level to aid in improving your overall health and well being.
You can find her on the Yoga mat and training along side of you in a class soon!
