CrossFit 603 BARBELL
We’ll be focusing on the barbell and only the barbell. From skill to strength this course will bring you through the progressions that you need to improve.
Anyone. If you want to gain confidence, get stronger, improve mobility, or just have some fun, this is for you.
Athletes. Want to improve strength, speed, and power? This course will help you utilize and take advantage of and develop skills that transfer back into your sport.
