Rowing Specialty Course

This course is 8 weeks long and will be held at 9:00am on the dates:

Course expectations:

  • To provide a basic understanding of the Concept 2 Rower and it’s components
  • Learn to utilize the Performance Monitor
  • Learn to become efficient through proper sequencing, and drills
  • Understand and identify common faults
  • Understand the Damper and how to set it
  • Learn specific warm ups and cool downs
  • Gain an overall better understanding of Rowing and how to apply it to your workouts
  • Attempt to improve your 500m TT and 2k TT by end of course
