Monday, April 23, 2012 at 9:20AM Hey all...Registrations for the June 9th CrossFit for Hope begin in 3 days. We've already been able to raise some good money so far and I know that will continue. If anyone needs me to drop by a business with them or give someone more details please feel free to contact me.
We have also secured the field behind AJ's Sport Bar & Grill to have the event. AJ's is located at 11 Tracy Lane in Hudson for any of you that have not been there.

Tuesday, March 27, 2012 at 7:36PM So we have had so many awesome things happen recently at the box that I figured I needed to give some shout outs!
We have several new members that have joined our team and that are in the process of joining. Pam, Deb, Chris P, Kristen, Carly, Michelle and if I forgot anyone I am sorry put your name here:______. All of you have added to our awesome factor.
We met up with Granite State CF this past weekend. They were amazing hosts and treated us like family from the second we walked into their box. We have a few things in the works and will be joining up with them again real soon. So thanks GSCF for adding to our awesome!
Also we have some upcoming events. The Zombie race in May, The June 9th FGB Fundraiser as well as another race in September. All of which will be completely awesome.
I look forward to continuing to grow our community and feel privileged that you all want to be such a big part of it and SO involved. That's really awesome of you all so....Thanks!
