diet? nutrition? eating? food?

Ok people let's get serious.  I'm going to hit you point blank.  If you are freaking out because it's January and your diet has completely SUCKED for the last month or so...STOP!!!  Not only are you beginning to annoy me but you're being counter productive.  Here's the deal.

"Eat meats & vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and NO sugar." - CrossFit

Is that simple enough for you?  Until you can eat quality food I do not recommend that you bring up in earshot of me another crash diet, fad, point system, calories, scales, @#!$& magazine articles, or anything else related.  Actually how about this?  If you bring up any of this garbage again you will do burpees until you pass out, then I will wake you up and we will run until you collapse, then I will pick you up carry you back to the box and we will hit "Fran".  Got me?

Ok so you all know I would never do that to anyone.  Either way let's not forget how simple this is.  Get that done.  Follow that one sentence.  Don't even worry about zone or paleo or anything else.  Keep it clean, fresh and real.  That's it!  There is NO magic tricks.  I am constantly reading about pound watchers and nutri-food organizer!  Stay away from that BS.  Please?????  Eat food, real food.  We will take it from there.
